well i am a 24 yr old mature student, doing geology at the university of Manchester, so far I have lived a pretty normal life but hopefully that will change! 24 and not really done anything I thought how can i make a difference and this is where this idea was born!! By the end of the year i hope to have raised a lot of money for charity, done something no one else has, got a world record and had my 15 mins of fame!!! all in all a busy year but hopefully worth it!!

Just seen the lads tonight... about 11pm jusdt getting ready to camp up for the night. Somewhere between Lancaster and Galgate.

Certainly unusual to see two Canoeists paddeling along at 11pm at night!
